I am a creature of habit, but sometimes I need to try something new.

So today I tried out a new recipe and I am NOT disappointed!

– Handful of Ice
– ~8 oz cashew milk
– 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
– 2 T flaxseed
– 2 T chia seeds
– 1t pure vanilla
– 1t coconut oil
– 1t honey

Blend away!  I’m thinking next time I’ll put a little cinnamon in there or sea salt!
