If you’re as addicted to ice pops as I am, you are in for a treat!  I am a total ice pop addict, but I’ve been trying to move away from the sugar packed popsicle.  I eat really well, and try to stay healthy, so why am I going to stuff my face with liquid sugar in the summer?

This is my new favorite (when my boyfriend leaves me any…)

  • 3-4 strawberries chopped (any fruit really)
  • 16 ounces of my vegan antioxidant drink ( http://bit.ly/beckysprotein )

Freeze and eat.  Packed full of electrolytes and goodness.  You can eat all 16 of them every day and it would be absolutely amazing for you (and about 25 calories, 0g sugar)!
