- Ounces of water
This isn’t for time. Break it up if you have to. I did it in exactly an hour. Fitbit tells me my average heartrate is 99bpm, and I burned 124 calories. But man-oh-man are my muscles gonna be sore!!!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
