I decided to challenge myself today since I’ve been slacking on my non-cardio workouts.

100 each of the following

  • Burpees
  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Pushups
  • Crunches
  • Wall sit
  • Plank
  • Ounces of water

This isn’t for time. Break it up if you have to. I did it in exactly an hour. Fitbit tells me my average heartrate is 99bpm, and I burned 124 calories. But man-oh-man are my muscles gonna be sore!!!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
