If you’re thinking this would have been a better challenge for February, you’re right.  It was supposed to be.  Life got in the way, and I wanted to give this challenge a re-do. March has 31 days so it gives me two extra days to be amazing!

I really REALLY want you to participate in this with me (all 2 followers who read this). Seriously, if there is one thing you try with me, it’s this one.

March is going to be awesome for this one, actually the rest of your life will be awesome because of this!

If anyone else like is out there – worrier, high strung, anxious, nervous, hard on themselves, under pressure… the list goes on and on, this is the month start battling that! It’s going to seem like a lot of front, but when you break it down, it will literally change your life!

Step 1: Do yoga every single day for at least 10 minutes. You can do it first thing in the morning, during a lunch break, at the gym after work, before bed. I don’t care what type you do or how long you do it. We sill dedicate 10 minutes of yoga per day. (That’s literally half of a percent of your day) There are tons of free videos on youtube if you are looking for something that’s guided!

Step 2: Meditate Daily: Every morning when you wake up spend 2-3 minutes thinking positive thoughts about your day and how amazing you will meet every challenge. Every night before falling asleep spend 2-3 minutes being thankful for your day and letting go of any of the stresses of the day.  I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Rebekah Borouki (and not just because we have the same first name). http://www.bexlife.com You can get a direct link to her meditation guides.  She has literally changed my life!

Step 3: Set a reminder to be positive. Set an alarm on your phone or computer that every hour it pops up and reminds you to be positive. Every hour on the hour you will take a few cleansing breaths and say something loving and happy about yourself, your day, your spouse.. just something wonderful.

Step 4: Drink Half your body weight in ounces a day. Flush out the bad thoughts, flush out the toxins.  Holistic healing is mind, body, and spirit! You have to do it all!
