If you’re like me, you wait until the last possible moment to get up for the morning. I want to be able to make my smoothie and get out the door in under 5 minutes – and with this recipe, you can!

  • frozen fruit
  • small apple or banana
  • 1 scoop Becky’s Balance Protein
  • 1 scoop Becky’s Balance Greens
  • 1T fage greek yogurt
  • 8 oz almond milk

That’s it! Blend and enjoy!  This is my go-to every morning smoothie now.  It takes longer to get the blender out and put it away!
