You’ve seen these recipes everywhere, and I decided to plan them into my meal prepping. I made these for my boyfriend and I to easily grab for breakfast, snacks, or when he’s out on the boat all day!
Super simple! Here we go!
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop Protein Powder
- ~1/4 c. unsweetened almond milk or liquid of choice
- dash of cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, whatever you’d like!
Mix it all together and make pancakes! I make the mini ones so I can pop them in my mouth while driving to work! It made 11 mini pancakes (one is missing from the photo. I, uh, ate it). Total calories for the recipe is ~270 (80 for the banana, 100 for protein powder, 80 for egg whites, ~10 calories for unsweetened almond milk)
